| Types: |
There are two types of licenses: Site and Physician
|
| Site Licenses: |
A Site License entitles the owner to install and maintain one live HI-IQ database for one hospital or institution. Multiple databases or multiple hospitals or institutions require additional Site Licences.
|
| Physician Licenses: |
Physician licenses are required for each staff physician that will track their encounters in HI-IQ. Residents and Fellows do not require physician licenses.
|
| Networking: |
HI-IQ is completely networkable at no extra cost and may be installed on as many workstations as needed. Each workstation must be within one hospital and connected to one database. Additional hospitals or databases will require additional licenses.

| Users: |
There is no limit to the number of users (or workstations) that can access your HI-IQ database.
|
| Example 1: |
Four sites that wish to share one HI-IQ database require four site licenses. Call for a quote today, discounted pricing is available for multiple sites.

| Example 2: |
Multiple sites that have the same physicians are required to purchase a site license for each individual site. ConexSys may discount or waive additional physician licenses when physicians practice at multiple sites.
