Training is an essential part of properly implementing HI-IQ. We have designed our training programs to give you a high level of personalized attention and flexibility, which greatly reduces your learning curve and maximizes your return on investment. Our trainers are adept at uncovering inefficiencies in common healthcare facilities and can teach you the tools and transition tactics necessary to increase productivity when implementing HI-IQ.

For your convenience ConexSys offers two types of customized training for your HI-IQ system. We highly recommend that you take advantage of both types of training. On-Site Training is the best way to get started using HI-IQ and will allow you to immediately realize the benefits of a successful HI-IQ implementation. Regularly scheduled Web-Based Training sessions allow our experts to answer the list of questions sites inevitably develop after the trainer leaves. Both types of training are described in more detail below, click on a link to learn more:

  1. Onsite training
  2. Web-Based training

ONSITE TRAINING
Onsite Training is the best way to get started using HI-IQ and will allow you to immediately realize the benefits of a successful HI-IQ implementation. First-time HI-IQ users, or those facilities making significant upgrades in HI-IQ software or staffing are encouraged to enroll in Onsite Training. The idea is to “jumpstart’ your HI-IQ knowledge, making users comfortable with the system and giving them the ability to utilize system features to their potential.

Who: On-Site Training is ideal for facilities that are installing HI-IQ for the first time, or for sites that are upgrading from a QA system to a QA with Inventory system.

What: We typically ‘bundle’ 2 or 3 days of Onsite Training with the initial purchase of HI-IQ. This allows us to ensure that our clients immediately begin to realize their practice management objectives through successful use of HI-IQ.

When: Our trainers are available to come to your location year-round with one-month advance notice.

Where: A conference or training room with a HI-IQ installed PC along with a projector for large groups is ideal. Whenever possible, the training should be conducted in a private area.

How: Contact a ConexSys representative today to schedule training at sales@hi-iq.com or dial 401-765-7152, option 1.

WEB-BASED TRAINING
Web-Based Training (WBT) is an easy, convenient way to increase productivity. Available in ‘bite-sized’ 2-hour chunks, WBT gives you the flexibility to receive training on your schedule and on the topics that are of most interest to you. A scheduled regimen of WBT sessions allows our staff to ensure that your staff reaps the HI-IQ value that they should.

Who: WBT is ideal for sites that are already using HI-IQ. We’ve learned that people forget, staff turns-over, and inertia causes people to do things ‘the way we’ve always done them’ (not necessarily the best way). We suggest signing up for WBT ‘checkpoints’ every 3 months. WBT sessions provide an ideal format to address specific problem areas, review unused features, or simply to train new staff.

What: A HI-IQ WBT session is designed to maximize a practice's HI-IQ productivity. It consists of one (two-hour) Webex session, where a live, HI-IQ expert tele-conferences with trainees while leading the trainees through hands-on customized exercises delivered thru Webex.

When: WBT sessions are scheduled by appointment; our standard price requires 48-hour notice to ensure availability. Expedited availability (scheduled to occur less than 24 hours from initial contact is offered for an additional 25% premium; call for availability).

Where: To receive WBT you need at least one computer with internet access (Windows 98, 2000, or XP recommended), a high-speed connection and a browser (Internet Explorer version 4.0 or higher preferred); a phone line. If you plan on training in groups of 3 or more, we also recommend a video projector or large screen and a conference phone.

How: The easiest way to get started is to fill out a quick form on our website. Or, contact a ConexSys representative today to schedule training at sales@hi-iq.com or dial 401-765-7152, option 1.
